GUPTA MERCANTILE INC is a Colorado corporation formed in September 2026. We source general merchandise from vetted U.S. wholesale distributors for customers in the United States. The company is newly formed, so this site describes how we buy and sell — not a sales history, a warehouse network, or an existing online store.
What we do
We buy goods in our own name. We are not a broker, and we do not claim stock, a seller account, or a delivery record from before the company existed.
Wholesale purchasing
We buy from U.S. distributors and authorized suppliers on invoice, after an account is opened. We do not list tax or resale documents we have not been asked to show.
Domestic delivery
Shipments go to U.S. addresses. Timing and the carrier are confirmed when an order is accepted. We do not operate our own warehouses.
How a product is chosen
Every item follows the same four steps. Nothing is offered until it has cleared all of them.

Demand check
We look at U.S. demand before deciding what is worth buying, and we screen out restricted, hazardous, and brand-protected goods before anything else happens.

Supplier vetting
Candidate suppliers are scored on reliability, stock accuracy, delivery performance, product-match accuracy, returns handling and invoicing. Anyone who can't issue a proper wholesale invoice is out.

Costing and selection
We compare qualified suppliers on landed cost — unit price, freight, and a returns reserve — and buy from the one that holds up on both price and service.

Offer and follow-up
Price, availability, and handling time will follow the supplier we buy from. An item is not offered if that supplier cannot ship it.

Shipping policy
We ship within the United States only. The company was formed in September 2026 and does not run its own warehouses. Handling time and the carrier are confirmed when an order is accepted.
Tracking is sent when the carrier scans the parcel. A delivery date is the one stated on that order, not a standing promise from an older storefront.
Need to change a delivery address? Email us before the order ships. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will take it up with the carrier.
Returns & refunds
Orders are placed with GUPTA MERCANTILE INC, not through a third-party marketplace account. To start a return, email support@guptamerco.com.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method after the return is accepted.
Privacy policy
If you email, call, or place an order, we keep the details needed to reply and to ship: your name, delivery address, and contact information. Correspondence is kept so we can help you.
We use this information to fulfil orders, provide support and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. It is shared only with the supplier and carrier fulfilling your order and with the providers that run our email — never sold, and never used for advertising.
This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
